Courses
There will be course marshals and Jonesboro Police Officers throughout the Conquer the Ridge Sprint Triathlon assisting participants. However, it is the responsibility of the Athlete to review the course prior to the event. Maps will be available in the race packet. There will be directions given prior to the swimming portion.
